Somewhere between the walnut trees and the old stone walls, time slows down at Le Moulin. Mornings start slow with coffee on the terrace; evenings end even slower, under a sky that never seems to fully go dark in summer.
 

At the heart of it all is our table d'hôte: a seasonal, two-course dinner where every ingredient is chosen with care, guided by what's good this time of year rather than what's easiest. Simple dishes, done properly, paired with a glass from our small selection of Loire and Berry wines, and shared at a long table as the light fades over the water. No fixed menu, no clock to watch.
 

The magic isn't only on the plate, though. It's the garden humming with bees, the river that never seems to hurry, and the quiet of the Berry countryside settling in around you as the evening stretches on.
