Guest Guidelines
We look forward to your arrival, and we will do everything in our power to make your stay at our Moulin as comfortable as possible. We have set up the following guidelines to create clarity for you and us.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in starts at 15.00, if you need to check in earlier, please get in touch with us before your arrival, and we will see if we can accommodate you. Secondly, if you need to drop off luggage before check-in, please get in touch with us, and we will assist. Check-out is at 11.00, which is very difficult for us to change, due to the arrival of new guests.
Doorkeys are in the roomdoor upon arrival. The main doors to the Moulin & Longère will stay unlocked due to safety regulations.
Safety
There are fire extinguishers on every floor in the Moulin & Longère.
In the Moulin at the top of the steps, there is an extra ridge to mindfull of.

Space & Facilities
Please treat the house and furnishings with respect. Avoid damage and report any issues.
Pets are allowed with an upcharge of €15.00, and if allowed, should be supervised and kept off furniture.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
Feel free to use the diningroom, garden, swimming pool, and other guest facilities, but please do so responsibly and courteously toward other guests.
We understand that accidents can happen. However, damage to rooms or other Moulin de Petoulle property may require an additional charge to cover repair or replacement.
Payment & Cancellation
Reservations made for groups or multiple-day stays can require a downpayment of 50% of the total fee.
Cancellations made for reservations at Moulin de Petoulle are free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. Notification of cancellation must be provided via email.
Cancellations made between 10 and 7 days before the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the 50% downpayment.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will result in full payment of the original reservation.
